Rebuild kit vario housing 16mm (B-class)

Is your vario housing making an annoying noise? Or are you about to, or have you just, performed an engine rebuild with a replica crankshaft?

Then this kit is the extension of your engine overhaul. The contents of this kit fit both "ex A class" vario housings and genuine B vario housings.

The most common problem is that the needle bearing and one-way bearing sleeve originally in your vario housing do not correspond with those required by a replica crankshaft, which are all based on the original B-class crankshaft.

The one-way bearing sleeve must seat neatly on the crankshaft and fit into the needle bearing. Only in this way will your vario housing not rub against your slip clutch due to the torque the V-belt places on the vario housing. Therefore, with a B-class crankshaft or replica crankshaft ALWAYS choose a bearing kit with an internal diameter of 10mm.
