Vario housing One way conversion kit (start without starter shoes)

This kit makes it possible to kick-start your Camino from a very short distance. Originally this kit was intended and designed to cover a "dip" on tuned engines.

But it can also be used on a Camino with an original setup. So if your original starter coupling shoes need replacing you can fit this kit and you no longer need to install the starter shoes. This kit fits any variator engine with a B-class crankshaft or replica crankshaft. This kit does NOT fit a variator engine with an A-class crankshaft.

ATTENTION DURING INSTALLATION: Inspect the "one way" needle bearing carefully and fit it with the text facing outwards so that the text is readable when the vario housing is mounted on the engine. Lightly "grease" the one-way bearing sleeve with some bearing grease. Repeat this at regular intervals to achieve a longer service life of the kit.

WARNING: with extreme setups it is possible that you will need to replace the bearings more frequently; the bearings are available separately in our webshop.
