We recommend this button for engine setups that have a bit more power.

By switching off the engine by interrupting the electrical supply rather than using the decompression lever, you spare the head gasket, which usually takes a lot of strain in more aggressive setups.

Head gaskets that fail in more aggressive setups are usually due to switching off the engine using the decompression lever.
