Cylinder base gasket 1.00 mm 65cc & 70cc

Cylinder base gasket, produced from standard quality gasket paper with a thickness of 1.00 mm (the colour of the paper used may differ from the photo)

Application position: Seal between engine block and cylinder base. This base gasket is an in-house design and is tailored to aluminium 65cc and 70cc cylinders which generally have larger transfer ports. The base gasket is designed so that the cylinder's transfer ports are fully exposed while still leaving sufficient gasket material so the service life is significantly extended compared to a standard 65cc base gasket. This base gasket can be used to prevent a piston striking the cylinder head and/or to slightly positively influence the timing.
