Large overhaul kit - rear transmission

Is your rear transmission leaking oil? Is the bike's running stuttering? Then your rear transmission is due for a thorough overhaul. This kit contains, in addition to all the basic parts, also the small needle bearings. Although some sometimes claim that these bearings do not need to be replaced because they would not wear out! Admittedly, removing the old needle bearings requires some patience but is certainly worth doing. Needle bearings are generally the most delicate bearings and are the most subject to wear.

TIP: After overhauling, refill the rear transmission with a maximum of 75 ml Gearbox oil; therefore preferably measure the oil in a measuring jug, or place your rear transmission upright in the wheel mounted and fill oil until the oil just starts to run out of the filler opening. Any excess oil you add will during riding leave the transmission via the overflow at the back of your transmission and end up on your wheel and tyre resulting in slippery tyres! You don't want to experience that, so measure neatly!
