Pressure spring rear pulley hard version (red)
Out of stock
Description
Pressure spring produced in heat-treated spring steel and then painted red to protect against rust.
This pressure spring provides tension on the rear pulley and the V-belt (model with holes) so that the vario transmission has a smooth, even progression.
It is considerably heavier than the original pressure spring that Honda placed in the rear pulley. And delivers a maximum pressing force +/- 550 Nm.
This spring gives you the possibility to let the progression of your transmission occur gradually in heavily tuned setups, which will be somewhat noticeable for better acceleration. Of course in combination with a correct vario adjustment.
Do you have problems with dead spots in your vario progression? Or do you have to move the rear wheel too far back to properly tension the V-belt, resulting in the V-belt being pulled too deep into the pulley from its starting position? The current spring in the pulley probably suffers from metal fatigue and needs replacement.
With this pressure spring based on the well-known "Renoir of HCTD veer" you give the pulley a solid upgrade compared to the original pressure spring.
This pressure spring is a design by Kevin Renoir AKA HCTD, and reproduced by HCC CLUBSTORE.
